Our greatest asset is our team — a group of highly skilled civil engineers, CAD specialists, and construction technology experts with deep experience in paving and stringless control. We’re not just technicians; we’re problem-solvers who understand how data drives production. From airport aprons to interstate paving, we’ve supported nearly 200 contractors and dealers using Trimble, Leica, and Topcon systems. We have supported various machine types as well including Power Curbers, Miller Formless, Gomaco, Wirtgen & Roadtec machines. Every model we build reflects years of hands-on experience. Manny Garcia – Vice President
Manny Garcia brings more than 20 years of experience in paving, surveying, and machine control to Jobsite 3D. He began his career as a Survey Manager with The Walsh Group, where he spent over a decade supporting major infrastructure projects ranging from airports to wastewater treatment facilities. During this time, Manny led Leica machine control implementation, 3D model development, and field layout for complex heavy civil work.
Before joining Jobsite 3D, Manny served as the service manager for FAMC, a National distributor for Leica Paving Equipment coving the entire U.S. His hands-on background in heavy highway construction gives him a practical, jobsite-first approach to training crews, optimizing workflows, and improving field productivity.
At Jobsite 3D, Manny leads operations, internal and external training, and quality assurance for stringless and 3D paving systems, working directly with contractors and OEM partners including Leica, Trimble, Topcon, Power Curber, Wirtgen, GOMACO, and Miller Formless.

Robbie Pope - General Manager
Robbie brings over 20 years experience in civil engineering and hands on paving experience to jobsite 3D. He is well immersed in this field, as he grew up working for his Fathers engineering and surveying firm. His achievements include:
Robbie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and has led operations on one of the largest concrete paving projects in the United States, running a full paving spread. He has also worked with leading OEMs, including GOMACO and Wirtgen, gaining extensive knowledge of equipment and advanced paving systems.
He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and Idaho, and a Licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona.
With experience using Leica, Topcon and Trimble for 3DMC systems as well as surveying applications Robbie has extensive experience using total stations, GNSS and digital levels for topography surveys, construction layout/staking and establishing control networks.
Jacob Daniel – Founder & Principal
Jacob Daniel brings more than 20 years of experience across every side of construction technology—from contractor to dealer to data provider. Before founding Jobsite 3D in 2017, Jacob served as a GPS/Data Manager and Project Manager for a civil contractor, where he supported machine control implementation, data management, and project execution in the field.
He has also held dealer roles with SITECH, training crews and supporting hundreds of machine control systems across projects throughout the United States. This broad, hands-on experience allows Jacob to bridge the gap between office, field, and technology—helping teams adopt 3D workflows that are practical, scalable, and production-ready.
Jacob’s experience in field production, data modeling, and GPS system support gives him a unique perspective; He understands both the operator’s seat and the engineer’s screen. At Jobsite 3D, Jacob focuses on strategy, customer relationships, and technical direction, ensuring the company remains aligned with the real-world needs of contractors, dealers, and manufacturers.
